This location is part of the AMBEST network, and I had a free shower credit from fueling, but they wouldn’t honor it because their scanner was down. The cashier didn’t offer any help, just said, “There’s nothing I can do, it’s the store’s fault,” and told me to pay for the shower myself. That was frustrating, especially when the issue was on their end. Aside from that, the truck stop itself is great and would deserve 5 stars.
