A complete waste of time. Company offered me 27k for my property I declined. Then came back and said they could do 40k if I sign my contract and after they find “buyers” doesn’t make any sense!

Completely unimpressed with Quick Cash Offer LLC. I'm selling my condo and it's listed for 209K. The appraisal came in at 229K. I was told because the HOA is 583 a month, they wouldn't be able to Offer more than 140K. That is $89,000 below market value. The last 6 2 Bed 2 Bath condos in my community sold for 250K. Quick Cash Offer is thinking I'm going to sell my condo to them for $110,000 LESS than the last 6 condos sold for. Definitely a shameful and unethical company. I wouldn't sell a box of used diapers to them.
They were professional and patient as we had a few hiccups. They were supportive the whole time and got us through with a great price on our home.
