I started calling this facility today around 6:20 PM. The phone would ring for over 3 minutes and some one would pickup the phone and then hang. I attempted the call 3 times and the same thing accord. They don’t close until 7PM and I needed to get my blood work results from my visit the previous day. This is bad customer service. I would stay away from there after 6PM due to the fact the service may be as bad. My experience the day before was so upsetting. They pretty much acted as though there was nothing wrong with me. I took my daughter a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday and I was disappointed. We usually see Dr. Veach who is great but was not in that day so we saw Dr. Ferrell. She prescribed my daughter antibiotics because her throat was red thinking it was strep throat. She did not swab her to confirm. I made an appointment with her pediatrician that Monday to have her swabbed because I did not feel comfortable giving her the antibiotics and sure enough it came back negative. These are some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Definitely not people I want dealing with my health.
There is a reason why there are only a couple cars in the lot. Not a clean clinic. The receptionist was egar but not welcoming. I have managed many clinics in my career. This needs a complete overhaul. Or Regional should just shut it down. Around the corner is Good Sheppard...the lot was full. Warm welcome, clean, efficient. I was accommodated.
