Sent out my 1500$ hood from japan packaged in PAPER no box or proper packaging was used. the Item was DECLINED to be insured by FedEx due to incompetent packaging...??? therefore i was unable to either return the hood without paying for return shipping 700$ or choose to keep it damaged. Obviously i chose to keep it but seriously this place is awful choose somewhere else to order your parts. These dudes are CLOWNS.
