I like that QQ has so many locations which makes them convenient. Having towels there to dry your car off is awesome... when they actually have any clean ones available. I had to walk around and check 4 bins to find the very last towel. This happens a lot! And one of the brushes on the left side inside the wash at the 500 west, Bountiful location hasn't worked the past 2 times I've been in there so my car doesn't seem to get as clean as I would expect and sometimes it doesn't rinse very well.
