Mason is a very tenacious smart young man.
The car wash itself is great, but the customer service at the Roy location is disappointing—especially compared with the Clinton and Riverdale locations. At Clinton and Riverdale, the employees consistently greet you with enthusiasm, a smile, and a wave. They make you feel like they appreciate your business. At the Roy location, 90% of the time it is just the opposite. There is little to no greeting, and I often feel like I'm an inconvenience or that I've interrupted their time on their phones.
