I want to say that this place and the Staff are Remarkable. I took my phone to them for a new charging port. My phone was unrepairable. So they hooked me up with a new phone. This staff is there to help. I can't say enough about this place. I would recommend this place to everyone. I love it. They have a customer in me for life. Thank you so very much for what you did for me. You guy's are awesome.
Got my phone fixed in There, Just the back glass. Put a brand new really good case on it right after and didn’t even drop the phone and the back already cracked As if it was installed wrong. Also, as I got it back, my flashlight don’t work anymore, and I was told by my phone that everything including battery camera and all we’re not Apple products anymore. What is told they can’t fix anything including the break because it was not under warranty for brakes and I guess it’s my fault that none of my components are Apple produc... read more
On top of how good their customer service is, the fact how honest they are makes a massive difference. Thought we had a big issue with my nieces iPad and Maverick corrected it within 5 minutes. Great family owned business, been going for years.
My man Dylan helped me out — patient with questions and extra accommodating through and through. This is an incredible tech repair and used electronics store right here in Pontiac MI! The customer service is top notch, which matters more and more to me these days. Sometimes it seems more smart to grab something online vs at a physical store… but cast that to the side when it comes to Quick Phone Fix & Computer Repair! This place is legit, and a joy to go to.
