I came in for the first time with my girlfriend who needed a new phone screen. Maxim (*sp - or Maxium) was very professional and engaging. He noticed the back was also broken and asked my girlfriend if she was interested in repairing that as well, which she was. He was kind enough to offer both the front and back repairs with a screen protector and even offered us the nicer screen at a discount. I went in thinking my son's iPad needed a new screen because you had to press really hard to get it to work properly. They quoted me $100-250 over the phone. I took it in and after a minute of inspecting it they were super honest and told me it wasn't a broken screen. Just a broken screen protector which was only $25. He could have easily charged me for a brand new screen and just swapped out the protector. It's hard to find honest folks but that's why I'll drive the extra mile to get to this store.
