I have an iPhone 13, and after getting it fixed because the back of the phone was cracked, once I got it back the power and volume buttons stopped working. I went back and they fixed it, but the same week l I heard something loose inside the phone didn’t think much of it. My phone fell out of my pocket and it powered off my phone, my phone doesn’t turn on anymore I had to get a new one.
