DO NOT take your vehicle to Quick-O Muffler & Brake Center at 3825 E Magnolia Ave, Knoxville, TN 37914 I took my car here to replace the Catalytic converters. The idiot that performed the work; [accidentally] sawed [the] line connecting the Engine oil tube and pan. The problem was later discovered by a REPUTABLE mechanic working on the vehicle. I quoted him “something sawed into the tube connection the oil pan” I eventually had to spend hundred of dollars replacing the parts. The owner was notified and she did NOTHI... read more
