I recently took my car to Quick Lube Car & Tune for brake & AC replacement. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent—truly top-notch. They were welcoming, efficient, and explained the issues with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. I was super impressed with the quality of customer service that I rendered from the moment I pulled up into the actual facility. These guys were amazing quality Customer service of the finest I will be returning for a future oil changes here thank you and you guys please give them a shout out for the quality of the Customer service. Great impression, terrible execution. The guy charges me 370 dollars to replace a burst coolant hose. I ask for a general diagnosis and he then tells me they usually charge for a diagnosis but he'll do one for free for me. Turns out the diagnosis was in the bottom left corner of the receipt and says: "ck engin light on, oil pross sensor lights on". That's what he usually charges people for. To look at the dash. To even get that receipt, I had to call them two times and the second time the guy said "I'm not an accountant". ??... read more
