I have *NEVER* been to a car shop where you are prioritized AND treated as well as the people treated me at this specific shop. 5544 Alpha Rd, Dallas TX. (I wish I had gotten your names) I was SO stressed out when I went there. My car was, in my words "sputtering" and it really concerned me. This is the last place you want to take your car too. I am saying this based on many experiences with this shop. First one was when I had a lincoln and it only needed an oil change which ended with blowing up my oil pump. Then I bought a new mazda that only had a sway bar link issue and they were telling me it’s the two front shocks (the car has 30k miles). They will try to overcharge you for things that aren’t the real problem and take $75 for the diagnostics .
The oil change took longer than an hour and I was they only had 2 cars.
Excellent and fast service! Honest and friendly guys that I can trust! I’ve been here several times and I will always bring my car back over here for any future repairs / services!
