I was supposed to get an oil change and filter replacement. I didn’t think to read the reviews before I went but once I pulled in I felt uneasy because of the look of the place. I pulled up the reviews and most talk about how the don’t change the filter so I went to Valvoline to have them check everything (should’ve just gone there but this was place was closer). Thorough inspection mannerable employees I would go back
Went in today for an oil change. The man behind the counter was very nice. Just needed an oil change. I wasn't there more than 6 minutes. Per the receipt, in that time, he had changed the oil and filter, and checked through the whole car including all of the fluids. I have a dash cam, recorded the whole thing while he was under the hood. Not one time did he pull out a single dipstick. not one time did he bring a bottle of washer fluid to the car even though it's checked "filled".
