I will not take a single thing else to them. I went for an oil change 2 days ago. I brought them a 2011 Cadillac SRX they charged me over $100 to get my oil changed. I went to sell the vehicle today. The man that was buying it checked the oil and lo and behold. The oil is thick and dark, very dirty and the oil filter is old, dirty and decrepit. They are not changing people's oil. That is a fact and I will be contacting somebody higher than whoever it is that answers the phone
Beware of this company they run up debt and then try to slow pay the debt. I would not trust them or extend them any credit terms. Then they keep saying they mailed in payment we show nothing since October.

I was supposed to get an oil change and filter replacement. I didn’t think to read the reviews before I went but once I pulled in I felt uneasy because of the look of the place. I pulled up the reviews and most talk about how the don’t change the filter so I went to Valvoline to have them check everything (should’ve just gone there but this was place was closer).
