I've used the quick lane for several of our family's vehicles, always been good and quick service. Good for oil changes, summer/winter tire swaps, balances, etc. Their assessments are honest and accurate. Really been impressed by Caleb Welgan, who is usually operating the desk/office. Also, appreciate they are open Saturdays.
I've called like 5 times and no one answers the phone or returns my message. The service has been good when I can get through to them though, so two stars.
It’s confusing on how to call this department as it’s not clear online. Also put on hold for 20min when forwarded. Called back and they were unapologetic. I get annoyed every time I need to call this place. Midtown ford needs to update their website.
