This review is long over due, back in may memorial weekend, I was traveling through vegas on my way yo Utah when I got a nail in my tire. It was early before most shops were opened so I began by going to the 9am stores and they all turned me down saying they have a line of cars to handle first. In reality, there was no money in them giving me a free tire patch as advertised or even after I offered to pay for it, they werent interested. Brenda is awesome, been taking my vehicles here for routine maintenance and haven't had many problems. I've had tire balancing issues with both vehicles but only once for each.
Apparently they close at 4:00pm not 5:00pm on Saturday. Turned down my oil change said he sent all his guys home because it was slow all day but I could clearly see everyone in the shop still. Laziness not a good look. I would understand if they were slammed and couldn’t take it but he literally said they were slow
