Ordered a part for my Ford SUV. Part. I was told I'd be called when it arrives for installation. I called a week later to see if it came in and was told it came in last week a day after it was ordered.

I was very upset with how i was treated at the service center. I purchased my vehicle here at Bayou Ford and was told that i should receive my first oil change free. When i arrived, GABRIEL, told me if i didn’t buy it new that i didn’t receive the free oil change. I politely asked well how much would it cost for an oil change since i drive all this way. He proceeded to ask what kind of vehicle i have i said GMC, GABRIEL then says he couldn’t tell me the price or do my oil change because it’s GMC. I was willing to pay for my ... read more
