Professional and quick
Quoted me for oil change ~~$60, charged me $90 because I needed different oil than they expected, without telling me anything until it was timr to pay. I was in shop the entire time.
I brought my 2013 Ford CMAX Hybrid SE in for break fluid leak. I was charged $148 for diagnostics. Then someone from the office told me that they didn't make very many of the 2013 Ford C-Maxes so therefore it's liable to be thousands of dollars and I would be better off trading the vehicle in. $300 worth of U-Haul to get it home only for it to cost me $130 to have it fixed parts and labor.
