Quoted me for oil change ~~$60, charged me $90 because I needed different oil than they expected, without telling me anything until it was timr to pay. I was in shop the entire time.

I brought my 2013 Ford CMAX Hybrid SE in for break fluid leak. I was charged $148 for diagnostics. Then someone from the office told me that they didn't make very many of the 2013 Ford C-Maxes so therefore it's liable to be thousands of dollars and I would be better off trading the vehicle in. $300 worth of U-Haul to get it home only for it to cost me $130 to have it fixed parts and labor. Went on for an oil change today. Walked in, four people standing, neither one acknowledged me. One of the young men finally asked if he could help me. Told him I was there for an oil change. Young man was not friendly at all. I had an issue with my engine light on. The young man told me the engine light was on due to a hose and the price to fix it, no explanation, nothing. I asked about my warranty, young man gets on the phone. I'm thinking he is checking on my warranty, he engaged in another conversation while I'm standing ... read more
