Apologies go a very long ways. I wasted nearly an hour of my time to learn that vehicles must be at the location an hour before close. Great information that should be given when a customer calls to inquire about your operating hours 2 hours before your posted closing time. No apology given by the staff. I found a new location an extra 20 minutes away.
Will not go here again! Brought my car in a few times. First time, they said my brakes were bad and needed new ones. Took my car to a second opinion, didn't need new brakes. Took my car the last time over the weekend for "The Works" Was told the tire rotation could not be done because my tires were so bad. They wouldn't even touch my tires. Then they put on the paper that my brakes were in great condition. How would you know that if you didn't even touch my tires? Why was I charged for a tire rotation if it wasn't done? Brought my car into this place for a oil change and service, and asked to have them fix my passenger side tailpipe which had been crooked for quite some time, didn't charge me for it.
Top notch customer service. Ford is lucky Erik, Simon, and Devin are part of their team.
Have been bringing my cars here since I moved here. They are always great and quick. I have always felt they where honest with me.
I cannot complain about the customer service but we did have an issue with price yesterday. They were running the 29.00 special for the synthetic oil change. We waited and when we went to pay they expected us to pay 101.00. My car had been serviced there before when my husband took it but the guy said "you should know your car takes full synthetic not the blend". Basically I told him that A. I am not a mechanic. B. Always get my cars serviced here,they are fairly quick and always rotate tired at no cost as well as wash the car or truck.Always hot coffee and pop corn.Need I say more.!
