The credit system was down and I was told I could not get a $50 dollar discount for using their Ford Credit Card, So I paid full price for my tires and asked that they shred my application. They lied and submitted my application for credit anyway. And I still did not get the discount promised. This place left me feeling dirty from the very start. Shady practices.
RecommendedHad an oil change appointment at Car Max today where I bought my Mustang. They did not have the appointment I made on their app and would be another week before they could get me in. I left and went to Quick Lane where I got right in. Great customer service. Go see them.
Worked there for years it was a joke. Now been using them for all my tires still one new set not even 10k miles and their slicks. Nobody wants to do anything about it. Don’t waste your time by walking in the door. You’re gonna be there along time just for an oil change!! Place has really went down hill. Lost my business for good!!!
I went in with a loose steering column and a lengthy bolt that had fallen from beneath the Dash. These guys took care of me in an unbeatable fashion. Dump your old repair shop by trading them in for great service and competitive prices, and by the way , snack on some hot buttered popcorn and watch some sports while you wait. � �����
The guys are great!! Always do a good job. Nice clean waiting area.
