Worst customer service ever , manager can not even return a call I left a message before 8am about an issue and as of 4:00 pm no call. I give them a half star.
gaurd falling off my 2018 Flex they didn't reattach properly Monday...2 days ago, told me they couldn't fix it, to busy. WORSE CSR and Customer Service ever, I will NOT be back. Treat me like Jiffy Lube, might as well get Jiffy Lube pricing.
Just had oil change and tires rotated this morning. Quick and very efficient. I'm impressed.
They will give you the attention you need for your specific problem on your car. And care atthe same time! That's rare!
