Can’t fix a door lock actuator in 3 attempts. Forgot to reconnect a vacuum line after servicing a turbo and acted like I was insane for being annoyed. They also play fascist propaganda in the dealership waiting room. I’ll never take another vehicle there.

Coughlin Ford of Heath rescued my classic 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII 2-door Sport Coupe from the junkyard. It overheated and it required a few minutes to get it out of traffic, resulting in considerable damage. The block needed to be re-milled, cylinders bored, valves replaced, new VRM, and radiator welded. Fortunately, their master mechanic (23+ years experience, all the tools nec on-hand!) was on the job. I found them online. I specifically asked if the truck needed a cam phaser repair. I was assured it did not. All seemed well. I traveled up there only to find it clearly needed a cam phaser. They weren't interested in fixing it, but boy were they interested in selling a virtually worthless extended warranty! New Fords are maintenance intensive and the dealers are aggressive at avoiding doing this work under warranty. No thanks guys, seriously disappointed.
