We had some major work done on our 2019 Ford Edge. They took longer than expected and didn't offer us a loaner car. The labor prices on warranty work almost gave me a heart attack, but the car is running well, and I met an old friend of the family at the cashier's office.
Quick lane lol, if you think 2hrs is quick then have fun sitting. Called 1st thing in the morning was told they have no one so I headed in and 2hrs later i finally got out of there. What a joke. Needless to say I’ll never go back. Save your self a ton of time and just go to Valvoline.
