If I could give zero stars I would. Sent my 2020 ford explorer in for a small sunroof leak. Got it back with a leak that flooded my car and stained the ceiling. Water poured out from behind the glove box aswell. Was scheduled over a week out when I called and expressed concerned about the miniature pond. The service advisor david said there was nothing they would do to clean the water out of my vehicle or get the water stains out of my ceiling. Not to mention all my childrens carseats were wet.
