Scott Laue is a great service advisor! Came in this morning for a new battery and oil change, I was back on the road in 40 minutes and he even advised me I had Ford Pass rewards I could redeem which took a chunk of money off. THANK YOU for looking out Scott! Definitely recommend this place.
I am at a loss at this point. I don't know that I've ever left a Google review before but since they insisted I leave a review, here you go. I purchased my Volkswagon Atlas from Anderson Ford of Lincoln which includes a 36 month maintenance booklet for free oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Therefore this is where i take my vehicle for this routine maintenance. Someone had vandalized our tires as we were driving cross country. Thankfully QuickLane opened early and Scott and his team were able to get us back on the road super quick. Scott and the entire team were great and showed a high level of care and professionalism.
