These guys helped me in a serious jam. My oil cap was never placed back on by the previous oil change place. Scott helped me after driving 500 miles and not realizing it. They filled my oil up and sent me on my way.
Not sure after this last visit if they know what is going on or test everything the first time
Pretty fast and very knowledgeable staff. Waiting room kinda sucks. The seats are super uncomfortable.
As loyal customer to FORD I take my vehicles to FORD to be serviced, in Kansas City I get that loyalty to a customer back in return but when I bring my car in for service I’ve noticed each oil change/ tire rotation ticket is more expensive than the last and the car only comes to Anderson FORD. In June of 2024 the service was $96 and some change, and today it was $110.54 for the works package which in the past I was charged for 2 separate services a tire rotation service and oil change but I let that go but after this visit f... read more
