Service is a lacking. When I ask you to put in a headlight that is really easy to put in, one that I even bought myself elsewhere, you should do it without trying to charge me $20. I'm already spending $70 on my oil change. You can't take the 2 seconds and do me a solid when it's -40f outside? I've literally been in the lobby and seen people say they'll check stuff out for free and do small things for free for others, but not for me I guess.
This team has really been on their a game with flat repairs. For the third time in less then two weeks they have had to fix my tires and every time they have it in and out within 10-20 minutes. Thank you quicklanes.
Came in with a flat tire, they had it patched and me back on the road in we minutes.
My husband was able to order new tires over the phone and scheduled an appointment for me to get them put on the next daddy after they arrived. Everything was so simple, not too long of a wait time, very friendly people.
