I had the "works" and there was a bit of residual oil that had dripped on my driveway so I spoke with Sean the manager and without hesitation he said to bring it back into double check everything. That went smooth and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. It was a bit of inconvenience however better to have it checked over too make sure.
Had the "works" for $100+ dollars and everything was fine until I got home and noticed oil spots on my drive. This created a situation where I has had to take it back at my time and expense only to find out the technician did not wipe up the excess oil he spilled when he changed the oil and it had collected on a undercarriage cover. I usually go to Tuffy for my oil changes however I has some Ford dollars to use up so I went to Quick Lane. Quick and efficient! Love the free coffee bar while you wait for your oil change. Included car wash at the end is a nice touch!!
