I made an appointment to have my 2020 Escape looked at. Ford has been sending recall notices and I finally had a slow Friday to get these minor things handled. Oil Change and a bushing replaced. Turns out the appointment was NOT to have the car worked on. They texted 24 hours before the scheduled appointment explaining that the time was just to drop the car.
