Polite, courteous, friendly guys who had to break the news to me that my tire decided it wanted a nail piercing but didn't check with me first. Bad tire. Good place. Extra bonus points for remaining completely professional while having to deal with at least one VERY cranky guy who apparently didn't understand how first-come, first-serve works.
