I went in a couple days ago for the oil change on my vehicle it was done in a very timely manner. Everyone was professional and courteous, and took care of all of my questions and the needs with my truck. I highly recommend getting service done here at Varsity Lincoln In Novi on Grand River Avenue in Wixom Road.
The worst service I have ever had. If I could give it a zero I would. First I parked and came into the quick lane desk. Told the girl at the desk -once she looked up from the video she was watching - that I was there for my 3p appointment which I had previously scheduled as an oil change, tire rotation and look at my fan indicator on my touch pad that only comes up in Chinese for my 2mth old Corsair.
