10/29/24 -> Today I had a tire replaced with the Titus Will Ford Service Center here and I am SO pleased with how my Mach-E and I were treated. Jimmy is super helpful and very friendly. I really feel like he's my partner in regards to keeping my vehicle properly maintained. He took care of everything for me from ordering the new tire to making sure I was billed correctly. First ever experience @ any dealership for service . What a great enjoyable visit . From start to finish A plus.Just had recall work on my 2017 Ford Funsion .Painless great experience Jimmy and the entire sevice department was great.
My son took his Carolla cross in for an oil change, got it fixed by having to take car back to them via tow truck because the service crew decided not to put oil filler cap on or secure it properly, the service department, gal Kim I think didn't apologize for our inconvenience, and took no responsibility for their mistakes.. if you want great service maybe not choose Titus will ford toyota on sprague... not satisfied at all...
Should’ve trusted these one-star reviews before taking my car to their service department. 1. They booked me an oil change appointment when I clearly explained I needed a diagnostic and never even brought up an oil change 2. Everyone there was rude and not communicative while my car was being worked on. Their service advisors would not provide an update until I called. Stopped as an out of towner for a 60k mile truck service and was treated as though I bought the truck from them. All suggestions and repairs were well explained and documented by Jimmy, the maintainance manager.
