I hesitate to leave reviews when service doesn’t even my expectations. In the market for an F350, Titus is awful proud of their shit!! Not even wanting to haggle!! They are priced 15-30,000 over other dealerships!! Then the salesman wanted to argue as I showed him proof on cars.com!! Great job- you all lost a sale…. We will be seeing your 2025’s sitting on the lot into 2027!!! Never shop here…. They want 100k for their king ranch F350……. Well someone else wants my money….. Not Titus
We bought a Rousch recently from Joey and had a wonderful experience! We were very happy with how quickly and efficiently the process went! After a less than stellar experience at a competitor, we popped into Titus Will on a whim and couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Joey for a professional and smooth car buying process.
To start off the trade in and upgrade ran quickly and smoothly. That part of the customer experience was fine. Unfortunately, while moving around from the sales persons desk to the finance office and back to the original vehicle to remove items and move to new vehicle we seemed to have misplaced a very sentimental item, an Alumni Stitched hoodie from USD.
