I called them to see how much it would cost just to replace the vct solenoids on my f150 5.4 v8 which are just starting to go bad and they wouldn't just do that or give me a quote they wanted to rip the entire front of my motor apart and do all the timing and cam phasers which it's not a problem yet and charge me $4500 to do what I asked for which should cost $260 for parts and about 5 to 6 hours of labor!
