I brought my 2020 Ford Raptor to Titus Will Ford on 7/7/25 with engine shaking, acceleration lag, and a blinking check engine light. Bryce in Parts is incredible! I had several hard-to-find, discontinued parts I needed to finish a customers car, and he went above and beyond to track them down and get them shipped out. He sourced parts from three different states and still managed to pull it all together flawlessly. Easily the best parts update of the year—thanks for saving my bacon, Bryce!
It was a great overall experience. My son was buying his first car and most of the family came for support. Ashley Brennan was amazing. She was extremely nice to us, helpful and clear about the entire process. Everyone was great. The facilities are nice and comfortable.
