Theft of wallet! Please make sure you look out for things that can be stolen while your vehicle is in service. My son had his vehicle serviced here and his wife’s wallet was stolen from the front console! We called to make a report and the Service Manager Ramiro Santiago made it seem like we were lying and that it was our fault for leaving the wallet inside. Wow. Absolutely disappointed in how he treated us, the customer and how we was vouching for his serviceman on how ethical he is and he doesn’t think he took the wallet. ... read more
