Every person who I interacted with at my last visits, has been more than great! They are professional, respectful of your time and needs, and they always care for your interest. I always come back here for my van, which needs their help more than often due to overuse. Many thanks to Sal and especially Jeanna, who goes above and beyond every time, to accommodate their customers.
Terrible,terrible experience. Waited 5 hours for a brake job. The service guy never once gave me any updates. I had to go up several times to check and he acted like I inconvenienced him. I’m sure he wouldn’t have liked waiting for that long either. The sales guy went and checked for me as well. Terrible.
There is nothing quick about it! I scheduled an appointment on line and arrived 1/2 hour before the appointment(11:30). Was told they had to see if they had the brakes I needed and would get back to me. (Arent brakes typically available in an auto shop???). An hour after that they came back to say the brakes were ordered and would be there soon. An hour after that they informed me they just arrived and would take another hour to put them on the car. As of this post, I'm still waiting and there have been no more updates. Must... read more
