This the first review I’ve ever felt the need to post, this quick-lane is terrible and slow. I’ve used quick-lanes in different counties and never had a problem yet this one always takes the longest or has some excuse as to why they can’t help you. You’re better off going somewhere else for service. The first time I took my truck here they left the cap off of the oil on the engine and it spilled everywhere. First ever "No BS" dealership. Ask for Bill Williams. I bought a vehicle back on 2022 and againg on 2025. I will keep coming here.
Every person who I interacted with at my last visits, has been more than great! They are professional, respectful of your time and needs, and they always care for your interest. I always come back here for my van, which needs their help more than often due to overuse. Many thanks to Sal and especially Jeanna, who goes above and beyond every time, to accommodate their customers.
Terrible,terrible experience. Waited 5 hours for a brake job. The service guy never once gave me any updates. I had to go up several times to check and he acted like I inconvenienced him. I’m sure he wouldn’t have liked waiting for that long either. The sales guy went and checked for me as well. Terrible.
