NEVER take your vehicle to Quick Lane! I needed a new thermostat. They called and said my truck was ready. I got there to pick it up....was told I needed a new engine. After days of stress and calls they didn't return...my truck was taken across the street to Hyundai Service...these guys are awesome and where you should take your vehicle for service. Great time and they focused on my wants to find my truck. They worked great as a team and communicated well with me.
Went to Quick Lane for oil change. They told me 1-1.5 hours. Turned out to be hour and 15 minutes, and 40 bucks cheaper than the chain oil change place I usually go.
My 2017 Elantra had the paint peeling off the hood. Spradley Barr was able to work my car into a busy rotation of hail damaged cars in a timely fashion. The quality of work was impeccable. And, to top it all off, they delivered the car to my daughter in Laramie since school had already started. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Just brought home our new 2019 Limited F250 truck and I have to give kudos to Cristen, she was so professional and yet personable and stayed late more than once as we would drive down from Glendo after work and she was always there! She made our first experience buying at Spradley great and we will definitely recommend her! Thanks again Cristen
