I recently had my 2018 F-150 serviced. I arrived at 7:55 for my 8:15 appointment. At 8:55 they brought my truck in for an oil change. I told the service writer I would wait in the showroom. When my truck was ready they called my wife’s cell phone. She then texted me. I told the service writer their service was slipping bad. He apologized and said the mechanics were late getting there this morning yet three were at their work bay when I arrived. One of which worked on my truck. Palm Bay Ford used to be better than this. buyer beware they practice very shady sales practices took my license plate off my current vehicle without even giving me a quote on the new vehicle and I never signed a paper and refuse to give it back I would exercise extreme caution and be on your game if you plan to buy a car from Ford I however will never visit this dealer for a new car again very poor sales tactics.
