I had a very pleasant experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was able to beat the prices offered at Eddy’s Toyota in Wichita. I would highly recommend Curtis Cleveland (salesman) if you are thinking of buying a new vehicle.
Two weeks ago I made a post on the poor service I was getting. Well today I must eat those words. Working with Mitch,Kendra and Brandon they got all my issues fixed. I want to think all three of you for being very Professional and taking care of me and my truck.
I went to Midwest Toyota for an oil change, and to get the tires rotated...I was in and out in 30 minutes...amazing customer service !
From Texas and hit a large mud filled chug hole. Was taken right in and repairs made. 5 Stars. Jim was the Service writer.

I purchased a toyota 2014 suppose to have 2 remotes just got 1 they said they woukd send it to me. I have called 8 times never got it false advertising poor service after sale do not buy here
It's been over two years of trying to get the keys I was promised by this dealership and STILL can't get anyone to take care of the promises made to me! So much turnover with management and sales staff...good luck buying a vehicle and getting ANY sort of service after the sale! I've tried for 20 months to work with them and I keep getting told "oh yes we will get that taken care of" except now they say...oh we have new managers and it's been too long...and never actually get what I was promised....take your time and money so... read more
