waste of time going to get transmission fluid changed when you don't have the filter. we made the appointment 5 days in advance. and you still charged 140.00 and it's not done
waited for a phone call for two days about some parts I needed to order. Got told ill call you right back after calling 5 times a day for two days I went online and ordered the parts. terrible parts service
RecommendedLiving in Grand Forks and the local Ford dealer not any help even with warranty on my Explorer Platinum. I made the 80 mile trip south to Luther Family Ford to have some work done the other dealer wouldn't even take time out of their day to help with. Luther not only made us feel at home, but very courteous and quick turn around time. I know now where I'm going for any needed work done! Thank you from your neighbor in Grand Forks.

I cannot day thank you enough to the staff at Luther Family Ford! We were traveling home from MN to KS and needed a battery. They took care of us quickly and with kindness. Would absolutely recommend 10/10.
Happy competent service even when they don’t charge a stranger from out of the state. Checked and topped off my oil as happily as anybody who works at Chick-fil-A! Highly recommended!
