Took my 09 Ford Taurus in for struts and shocks. At 5:30 pm, I drove home by way of the Interstate. The car shook so bad I had to pull into the right emergency lane. I took my car back the next morning. My question to the mechanic and the Service Manager was, if they knew it drove this bad (and they did) why did they let me drive it home? I left my car at Ford for a (front) shaft to come from KC. Unfortunately, that truck broke down and I got my car 5 days later. It is running very well so far. 9-24-25
