I have purchased two Ford vehicles from the Silver Spring location, and I have always had excellent service performed on my vehicles at this Quick Lanes location. My Service Advisor, Brandon Staples, has always provided excellent customer service from keeping me informed on the status/progress of my car and any recommendations along the way. I always have great service done when I’m at the Koons, and Brandon was the best at communicating with me every step of the way!! Love coming here!
Calling them is a disaster. Just go in-person. Don't bother with the people who answer the phones and have zero answers, and know zero about cars, and zero about prices. And if you can't go in, just call Jiffy Lube where they have answers just a block away.
