This is my third time coming in for a state inspection and there apparently being no one who can do it. First I was told on the phone before 6pm, then 5, then 4. I get off work early today to come in at 3:30 and still no one. Fool me three times, I am not coming back again.
Always quick. Got "The Works" completed in about thirty to forty-five minutes on a Friday morning. Oil change, tire rotation, check & top off fluids, & battery check. Reasonable price for making sure your car is trip ready. Service Advisors are always great. We have our "own", Paul Laurent. You can also just go through the "Quick Lane".

Mike Boutin has been my go to service advisor for years. Since 2006 I have always been completely comfortable with having service performed. He will sometimes call me and tell that something needs attention. This last time he called me and said, "Hey son, look we just found your radiator is cracked on the top. We have one in stock and the cost is $****, we can get to it now, but it's your choice I just wanted to let you know".
