I was told to go there for my oil change at a certain time and was trun around to come back another time, wasted time and gas
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I've had. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and no one seemed to care about customers. Calls went unanswered, and on top of that, I was overcharged before they corrected it. This Ford service is definitely worse than others.
Everyone was helpful. They do need people to apply for a job. Should be a great place to work and grow.
Absolutelly unprofesional , Brian from service desk informed me at 8am that he will let me know within hour or two about repair estimete After 6 hours i called and he told me with attitude that i may get estimate on my repair within few days and he tought that i was going to leave my car for few days there I would not leave my car for estimate if he will told me that in the morning , he waisted a lot of my time. Stay away folks . Never again !!!
