Great service from Carlos Bohorquez. and his technician D. Chapman in the quick lane! We were traveling and in a bind (turned out we needed brakes, rotors, & wheel bearings on one side). They went out of their way to help us, keep us informed, and get us back on the road. We had a question a few months later, and they got to us right away, did a free recheck, and thoroughly answered all our questions! Excellent service and follow-though!! Thank you!
They call it a quick lane oil change only 2 hours got here at 7 am its 9am and said need another 20 They wonder why I have been going to regular oil change places last time took 2 hours as well I said last time never again but here I am nothing changed
Make sure you check the services they say they completed. Paperwork says they rotated my tires and adjusted them to the correct psi, which was a lie. Now I’m concerned if they even actually changed my oil or just said that they did.
