Beware the reccomended services based upon their "inspection". I was totd and given an inspection report that indicated I needed filters that in fact were less than a week old (cabin & engine air filter), coolant flush that was performened 5k ago, steering fluid flush, trans service all performed at another Ford dealership 5k ago.
Very satisfied with my last visit to Quick Lane at Gaudin. Daniel, my service advisor, listened to my concerns and took care of my needs without issue. Great experience!
As a new customer, I was greeted and walked through the entire process. Was a very great experience. They get busy fast so arrive early.
Everything went well, the gentleman Carlos who was helping me was super nice and communicated well. The wait was not the best but they got the job done. They dropped me off at home so I didn’t have to sit there and wait for my car to get done. Thank you
