I went in for an oil change and a tire repair. I had an appointment for 2:00 PM and it was 5:00 before they were finished. Their computer system was down and I was told it had been for 2 weeks. We've always gone there for routine service but I don't think we'll be returning. However, they didn't charge me for the tire repair which was nice.
