I scheduled an appointment for an oil change expecting it to be quick and efficient, but when I arrived, the service advisor told me it would take about 3 hours because other cars weren’t done yet. That left me wondering what the point of making an appointment was in the first place. The whole idea of scheduling ahead is to avoid waiting behind walk-ins and to have my vehicle serviced at the promised time. Pricing is affordable. They honor veterans with a discount. I appreciate the video inspections they send to give you peace of mind that they really are doing what they say. Friendly and knowledgeable.
