Service is great, had one issue sometime ago and they fixed it immediately. 4 star only because the wait time can be lengthy, waited almost 3 hours last time.
Very disappointed by the service department, cant believe many others had a good experience. What happened: My recall advisor lied about the eta for a spare part that was needed to repair my car under recall. They said it would take only a few days before the part arrived, however after weekly calls, 2 months later there is still no ETA. Why did I say he lied is because I brought my car into Peoria Ford who had an ETA immediately. Now my car is fixed thanks to Peoria Ford!
