Brought my truck in for alignment at 10:30am, it sat there for 5 hours. I then called finally at a little after 3pm. My advisor David “forgot” to call me to let me know that they didn’t do anything to my truck but check my suspension. Which should not have taken five hours with no call or update. I had an oil change and whoever did it broke my washer fluid nozzle. I thought they neglected to top off the fluid but when I opened the hood it was just dangling there. I have not contacted them about the issue as the repair parts were only $20.
