It took 3 hours for a scheduled oil change and valve stem replacement. When it was finally done, counter tech came and told me that they had to have their tire machine fixed. I understand things break, but you should have come and told me up front. This is the second year in a row that I have not been pleased with the service department. Was looking at a car to buy, started talking financing, was told I would get a call within hr or 2 and never did next day get called saying they sold my car, I was interested in, go to west herr wayyy better
