Overall service department has been great! Fortunately I haven’t had to argue any issues!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Now you charge a 3% fee for any credit card transaction??? Including basic service??? I will never go to Dave Smith Ford again for service and definitely will not purchase a vehicle from them.
They went above and beyond to make things right
I worked with John Faggiano with getting my new vehicle. He was amazing. He paid attention to what I wanted and didn’t try to up sell me on something I wasn’t interested in. When I picked up my Explorer, John took the time to go over all the features, didn’t rush through them and made sure he answered all of my questions. I would work with him again and have already shared his name with a friend who is looking for a vehicle. Thank you John!!! Matt from finance was also great to work with!
