They did what we asked. The staff was friendly. They said we needed a new cabin air filter. We didn't since we had replaced it ourselves a week earlier. Despite the upsale effort they did a good job.

Have been there on numerous occasions, this time for a "Check Engine" light that came on in my wife's car. They ran the diagnostics and found I had an issue with the catalytic converter. They ordered it, and I am going back in a few days to have it installed. I have always had great service there. While in Dayton visiting family, we noticed a large plastic piece hanging off the bottom of the car. We called Ford dealer looking for a quick fix as we were leaving town. They referred us to Quick Lane. Dan quickly pulled our car in, explained the purpose of the part to me, and removed it so we could continue on our trip. He did not charge us for this quick service, great customer service.
