Been a Beau Townsend Ford customer for 16 years. I have been personally responsible for myself; friends and family purchasing 9 vehicles. Took my truck for A/C repair to their quick lane service center. They replaced my compressor and charged me $1,400. It quit working, took it back they wanted to charge me an additional $900 for a leak. When complained they basically bullied me. In October 2022 I purchased a Jeep Compass from Beau Townsend along with the premium care extended service plan. In February 2025 my touch screen went out. I contacted the service department and they told me I would have to use the Quick Lane for the service plan. I took it in and they replaced the touch screen but it was programed for a Fiat.
