Printed sign on door saying they were closing 2 hours early and not taking more cars for the day. Counter agent was rude. Gentlemen before us was there to pick up his car. Agent went through pick up list, didn't see form. Customer spelled his last name for the agent, was a simple name but could have multiple spellings. Agent went off on the customer about spelling the last name, and yelled at customer accusing the customer of treating the agent like he rode "the short bus". I walked out without any service.

I got my oil change at Avis Ford quick lane, a few weeks later I had no window fluid. I'm driving one night my window is dirty. tried to use my window fluid and, I don't have any fluid thanking somethings wrong with my car I don't know how to pull up the hood, actually I had to get out my car learn how to pull up the hood and found out that I had no window fluid.
