Exceptional customer service and quick turn around when I went in to patch a tire with a nail in it. My dealership and all the Kal Tires I called in Calgary asked me to wait for 10-14 days. Special thanks to Tyler L. who was extremely courteous and continuously updated me on the status of the repair without me even having to ask.
Unfortunately there is a lack of communication and a definite absence of responsibility when it comes to mistakes or problems caused by them. Do yourself a favour and find a more reliable service centre.
