Let me preface this by saying I rarely do reviews. I had terrible experience and have yet to hear from management as I was told would happen. Booked an appointment Sunday, for Tuesday at 1330. Called Monday and rescheduled to 1030 AM Tuesday as I had a busy day and needed an oil change before a road trip to Winnipeg on Saturday. His expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment I walked through the door. The process of changing my tires was smooth and efficient, thanks to his meticulous attention to detail. Dustin was patient and clear in explaining each step, ensuring I felt confident throughout the procedure.
Amazing service and friendly staff . I dropped off my vehicle night before and they called me and had it ready before my appointment time even came . Also offered me a free car wash which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend using the quick lane for prompt and friendly service .
