Although I am always pleased with the service and the personnel at Jenkins and Wynne I do have a slight grief. The cost of a brake service was $79.00. They take the brake pads off and clean them and lubricate them. It has $100.00 for installation of new pads plus the price of the pads. This makes no sense. I had a brake service completed recently to be told I needed new pads. I paid for the service. If they told me all I had to pay was for the parts when they did the service this would have been great but I still had to pay ... read more

Service was fast! My vehicle was ready quickly after leaving it for an oil change.
It was great. I sent my daughter to do the leg work by test driving autos for me. She too leased a car and will buy it later. Got to tell you, when I signed the papers, I did not have an anxiety attack. Thanks to Christine, who listened to what my needs were and fulfilled them. Everyone was super nice. I would not hesitate to tell my friends about my experience.
We have not used the Honda dealer for service in the past. However after using your service dept we are encouraged to keep bringing our Odyssey to you. The customer service is excellent. We were surprised to have our van returned washed after being serviced!
