It was fine. I dropped my van off up top because I have 1 year old twins. Loren came and got my van and I walked around APSU campus with my kids bc I knew they wouldn't sit there! I came back and the van was done. Loren brought me my receipt and I was gone!
This was the third time I had to bring the vehicle in for this issue, so that was frustrating. However, the service team was very apologetic and helpful in finally resolving the problem.
Salesman, Steve M. was understanding and patient with us. Chad also was patient too. Overall, the 4 hr process. They made a great time and made it happen! I'm very pleased and Happy!! My husband was also please....thank you!
Even though I came in without an appointment, my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. They also washed my car after completing their work. I am completely satisfied with my visit.

The experience was amazing thanks to the salesman Don the Sales Manager Chad and the Finance Manager Jeff. They took the time and energy necessary to get the deal done and went back and fought for me the customer to get a better rate and payment that would suit my needs. Thanks guys for everything.
