SUPER service yesterday by the folks at quick lane Aurora! Not only are they courteous but they were nice enough to provide me with an Uber from my workplace to the shop when I was in a time crunch. As well, my issue was a minor fix for which I was not charged, which was very much appreciated. HIGHLY recommend this fine establishment!

First service in ten years as we are back with Ford. I was impressed they opened the door early to let us in and start processing the service requests as it was chilly outside. Staff are genuine and helpful, and in a time of rising prices, their prices are among the lowest in the market and they know Ford products well. The shuttle service is also appreciated. Thanks Casey.

I came from Richmond Hill to Quicklane Aurora which is inside of Ford and GMC auto plaza , because I don’t need to book appointment here. I have been here before but it is the first time with the newer F-150. I have to mention that the professionalism and politeness of Brandon Christie really impressed me. I give a five star for his service.
