Ford owner for greater part of a decade. Four F150s (2 Raptors) and a focus RS. Dropped by the quick lane to take advantage of a recent rebate for oil change ford issued that expires in the week. This was my only day in the area so I was dumbfounded when I was asked for an appointment confirmation and that they couldn’t service an oil change and turned me away.
