This place is just like the dealership a rip off trying to take advantage of people by selling them parts they don't need. The dealership unplugged parts and tried to sell me new one and now the quick lane is trying to tell me I have to replae parts that are six to eight months old no thank you I'll take it somewhere that's not trying to just get my money any way they can. This was a recommendation from a friend to have my wrangler serviced here.... Boy was she right!!!! Came in for an oil change and was pleasantly greeted with wonderful people and great service. I will definitely be back! Thanks quick lane!!!!!

I came to Quick Lane at Jack Demmer Ford for the first time this week when I damaged my car to have it assessed & fixed. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service that I received at this location. Ken assisted me in the process, and he was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and keep me in the loop about everything that was happening in the process of fixing my vehicle. I recently won a free oil change from Jack Demmer Quick Lane at a local charity event. The entire staff was very friendly & courteous from the moment I walk into the facility. The shop was very clean & state of the art. The service technicians were very knowledgeable in the maintenance they performed & their recommendations were that of conscientious concerned professionals. Came in today to get my vehicle serviced. Needed routine oil change. The gentlemen that took care of me was Jason the mgr. He was very pleasant extremely nice he made sure to keep me posted on time frame and what needed to be done. Thanks Jason for the Great service!!!!! I will defiantly be back with my other vehicles.

I really wish I would have read these comments before I brought my truck here. First of all they were VERY RUDE when I walked in no eye contact. They made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them. I dropped my truck off at 10:30am I was told it talked 1 1/2 hours to change the tire. I returned to find my truck still up on the hoist with no one working on it. I was told 10-15 more minutes about 3 times. My tire was under warranty which I told them in the beginning but they were not listening to me so they had to call to get c... read more

Best thing about them, they didn't steal anything. That's about it though. Manager was rude, no eye contact, acted like I was a burden on him for arriving 2 hours before close. All I wanted was an oil change and a rotation. Conveniently couldn't find my wheel lock key, even though it was in plain sight above the radio. In my opinion they wanted to go home a half hour early. Techs are nice enough, but they whole place needs a general attitude adjustment. Won't be going back
