RecommendedAlways have a positive experience with you guys. You are always very busy first thing on Saturday morning, that’s why I get here early. I am an ex mechanic and hard to please, however you guys have seemed to do that!!!

Their oil change techs need to be checked on after completing an oil change to ensure they screw the splash shield on. Mine was not and the front of it fell off just after I came off the freeway in Detroit. Very unhappy customer, I pay the extra $ to come here so unprofessional things like this don't happen.
All of the service people are always polite and willing to go the extra mile to be sure you are satisifed before leaving. I would highly recommend getting your car serviced here.
We lease our truck through Jack Demmer, so I’ve always tried to have our oil change through them, but never again. Ever since the “quick” lane opened it has taken at least an hour, every single time. Today it was a two hour estimate, no thank you. The staff is always nice and I have no complaints about the work done, but time is a huge factor and a simple oil change should not take up so much time.
These guys and girls always do a great job. They even called me to let me know they accidentally over charged my card. Thx for being honest Justin!!!
2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change.
