Front desk employee forgot to notify a doctor that I was waiting to be seen for urgent care. I had the stomach flu and uncomfortably waited for 40+ minutes before she realized.
I love Arthur Pepper. However I've been trying to call this clinic for a week now and it goes straight to voicemail. I need a refill on my meds and zero clue how to get in touch! Did this clinic close down? Also no answer at south side location when I tried to call 5 times over the past 3 days.
