Same issue as the other reviews below. Gift card was purchased on 12/15- no mention of the 10-15 days (business, calendar??) for mailing. Gift card never showed. They refused to refund the $5 Christmas theme that was paid for and offered to send digitally which took another week. Not sure how a business can charge $5 for a service not provided or a good never delivered. Similar to the customer below, they blamed it "getting lost in the mail." This establishment is a joke.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the 2nd year in a row that I have ordered gift cards that never showed up. Then when you reach out to remedy the situation they blame it on the postal service. They still have no tracking mechanism in place. The gift cards I ordered were Christmas gifts, but now for the 2nd year, I won't have them until mid January. You have to wait 12 business days after the mailing date, then 3 days for the order to cancel, then they will mail the new ones. Seems like after so many issues, they w... read more

Their website indicates just a few hours after you purchase to receive your e-card.... now on day 2...still no card. After numerous calls and email... Quickgifts blamed it on the "fulfillment team".. whatever that is. Called again - then the restaurant was blamed... manager of the restaurant stated that was absurd. Still waiting on card. This should not happen in e-commerce. Too bad Amazon does not sell restaurant gift cards...
